Sited on a beautifully landscaped golf course dating back to 1929, MAI designed a new clubhouse for the membership at the Woodcrest Country Club that would suit the needs of both the golf and social members.

The charming stone and stucco structure featured a bar and eatery, an indoor dining and event area with enormous windows offering stunning views, outdoor dining porch and patio areas overlooking the 18th hole, and an elegant ballroom with vaulted ceilings for special events. To complement the clubhouse, MAI also designed a cabana for the pool area and a halfway house for golfers’ refreshments.
