Centreville Layton School provides individualized education for preK-12 students who learn differently, with a curriculum focused on problem solving and critical thinking.  Looking to provide more arts and athletics space for the students, MAI worked with the CL staff to transform an existing multi-purpose gymnasium into a dedicated auditorium and theater space. To house the displaced gym, the team designed a new addition for an open gym and multipurpose space.  Utilizing a pre-engineered metal building, MAI was able to provide a cost-effective solution that provided spaces more finely tuned to the activities they host.
