Oak Hill is a community of condominium buildings that is nestled in the woods by the Schuylkill River. The four terrace buildings and the clubhouse were nearly 50 years old and were last renovated in the 1980s when MAI was asked to reconceive the common spaces and corridors. Marrying timeless design with accessibility upgrades were paramount as we created simple and elegant spaces for modern community living.
Our Design Includes:
- Fully redesigned entrance lobbies that incorporate accessible ramps and mail rooms
- All new finishes throughout
- A brighter lighting scheme
- New door hardware
- Custom-designed wayfinding signage
- New furniture
- Indoor plantings.
