St. Francis of Assisi is a church affiliated community center that offers recreational and social services to all residents of Long Beach Island, NJ. The new Aquatic Center design needed to include a competition pool, locker rooms, a multi-purpose room and a deck overlooking Great Egg Harbor. The buildings exterior design was developed with elements of the traditional bungalow style that is native to Southern New Jersey shore towns.
