To establish an identity for their newly formed business entity, Tokio Marine North America (TMNA), wanted their new offices to take a different approach from their parent company’s traditional workplace. They were looking for a design that was less formal, more open, and would be a collaborative space with a clean and modern appeal.
Wide open office spaces were planned, and workstations were reconsidered with low glass partitions and plenty of practical amenities, providing easy collaboration and necessary function. The workstations with a mix of glass and light finishes and vibrant colors keep things lively. Where offices were necessary, transparency reigned. Executive offices have butt glazing and upscaled logo graphics running across their fronts. Wenge trim and furnishings add a note of elegance appropriate to spaces hosting frequent international guests.
