USLI first moved to their site in Wayne, PA in 1998, leasing the second floor of an existing office building. MAI helped them to design that first fitout and facilitate their move-in.
We continued to work with USLI for planning and facilities projects large and small as the company grew to occupy the full 87,000 sf building. At that point, USLI was ready to expand beyond their original building. MAI assisted USLI and their landlord, Liberty Property Trust, to plan a new 75,000 sf addition to accommodate USLI’s unique program requirements as well as Liberty Property Trust’s long-term real estate investment objectives.
- Interior fit-out of the new building including the existing 87,500 sf of existing USLI headquarters
- Design included a full-size NBA regulation basketball court, fitness center, catering kitchen and café
- Court space was designed to be converted back to traditional office in the future
