Principal
Renowned for his attention to the smallest detail, Mike’s high standards drive him to provide outstanding service to all of his clients. Backed by more than fifteen years of experience with complicated projects and demanding clients, he is dedicated to providing complete and creative solutions for every project. Mike’s project management and construction administration skills, honed on projects such as the King of Prussia Mall Connector, a $135M expansion of the one of the largest malls in the country, have made him an asset to both our clients and the MAI team.
Particularly focused on retail design and construction, he provides leadership to the project team while managing the flexibility and adaptability required to deliver a successful retail project. He is the catch-all for things needing to be done, working hand in hand with the Owner and Contractor to deliver a project that reflects he owner’s vision.

Cars and Sports: with that same focus on detail, there is nothing Mike likes better than discussing the finer points of a favorite car or the last soccer match, with his own inimitable sense of humor.
His dog is named after a fictional TV architect.
