Sometimes a completely fresh look is just what is needed.  The original retail center from the 1980’s was facing declining occupancy rates, and the owner’s attempt to spruce the center up with color and new awnings met their budget objectives but didn’t create an appealing new image, and vacancies continued to increase.

To transform the center into a desirable destination, MAI envisioned a more substantial makeover. The facades were renovated with a pleasing mix of classic and contemporary materials and lighting, enhancing the property and dramatically increasing its attractiveness to both tenants and patrons.
