b.good is a fast casual dining restaurant with a focus on fresh and healthy foods from local farms and dairies. The design of the new restaurant interiors followed the same approach, using locally sourced, reclaimed wood from abandoned factories to line the walls and bench seating, above which are bright graphics of local farmers, telling the story of the food being served.

MAI designed three locations in the NJ-PA area, each with their own special touches. For the King of Prussia store, a twelve foot long planter box was designed so the store could grow mint for their smoothies right under the menu board at the entrance, and a mini garden out front grows more herbs for the shop for the ultimate local sourcing.
