Giant 801 Market Street
Following up on their flagship full-sized downtown store, Giant is planning another full-size store in the Fashion District on Philadelphia’s Market Street to serve the urban community.
Giant South Columbus Boulevard
A third full-size urban location is planned for South Columbus Boulevard in Philadelphia, continuing their expansion with full size stores into the city.
Giant Riverwalk store
MAI is thrilled to be working with Giant Food Stores on the interior of their first full-size downtown Philadelphia store, a 65,000 sf, a two-level market along the Schuylkill River. Part of the new mixed-use River Walk development, the store will feature a first-floor glass-front lobby, an outdoor terrace with city views and dedicated parking.
